To Photomind είναι μια κοινότητα ανθρώπων που αγαπούν την καλλιτεχνική φωτογραφία. Δραστηριοποιείται τόσο στο διαδίκτυο, όσο και στην πραγματική ζωή με φωτογραφικά projects, εξορμήσεις, εκθέσεις, συναντήσεις, εκδόσεις.

Στην έκθεση αυτή παρουσιάζεται το αποτέλεσμα του project «Φωτογραφίζοντας το θέατρο Βαφείο - Λάκης Καραλής», που έγινε στην Αθήνα από τις 6 μέχρι τις 28 Φεβρουαρίου του 2010, με πρωτοβουλία του Δημήτρη Κλή και στο οποίο συμμετείχαν 16 φωτογράφοι-μέλη του Photomind.

Το θέατρο «Βαφείο - Λάκης Καραλής» είναι ένας ξεχωριστός θεατρικός χώρος, που έχει φτιαχτεί με πολύ μεράκι και προσωπική δουλειά το 2000, στο κτίσμα του πρώτου βαφείου στην Ελλάδα, από τον Λάκη Καραλή.
Ο Λάκης Καραλής (1943-2009) ήταν αγωνιστής, μουσικός, σκηνοθέτης, ηθοποιός και καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής του θεάτρου «Βαφείο» και της εταιρείας θεάτρου «Προσωδία».

Photomind is a fine - art photography community. Originally an internet group, now it is organizing photographic projects, workshops, exhibitions, meetings and publications.

In this excibition you will find the result of the project “Photographing Vafeio Theatre”, organized by Dimitris Klis, which took place in Athens from 6 to 28 of February 2010.

“Bafeio-Lakis Karalis” theatre is an exquisite theatrical space, created in 2000 with personal work and inspiration - in a traditional (191?) textile dyer building (Vafeio) in Athens - by the political activist, musician, theatre director and actor Lakis Karalis (1943-2009).
